Options

Four ways to run TikTok Shop with us.

One is a single build you pay for once. Two are three-month retainers with no success fee at all while we build. One is pure revenue share with no retainer. All four run in Poland, the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Italy on the same terms, so the market you sell in does not decide anything. Your monthly revenue does, and so does the row about who pays for the creator sourcing platform.

Sixty seconds

Two answers and you know which one is yours.

1. Where does the shop sell?

The market does not change the price or the terms. It changes what we warn you about.

2. What does the brand turn over?

Pick both and the answer appears here. There are four options and only one of them will be right for you, so we would rather tell you which than let you read the whole page.

The four

What each one actually is.

One-off build

Sprint

€1,150

net, once. Delivered in 21 days.

You want to be on TikTok Shop, but you are not ready to pay anyone monthly.

  • Compliance audit of the catalogue plus the banned-wording list for your category.
  • Listings for up to 6 SKUs: titles, descriptions, bullets, category mapping.
  • Seller Center and Affiliate Center configured, creator commission set at 15% minimum.
  • A longlist of 100 creators in your niche, with outreach and brief templates.
  • One 90-minute handover session. After that you run it, or you move up.

Creator sourcing platform

Not applicable. There is no outreach on our side in this option.

Markets: Poland, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy

3 months, recommended

Launch Pad

€1,600 / month

net, €4,800 per quarter. 5% off if the quarter is paid up front.

You turn over €10,000 a month or more and you want the channel built for you.

  • Zero success fee for the three months. You keep 100% of the upside.
  • Up to 6 SKUs managed: listings, compliance, returns policy, account health, penalty points.
  • Minimum 150 targeted creator invites a month, 450 across the quarter.
  • Minimum 12 recruited creators in the quarter, on the strict definition below.
  • Weekly creator tracker, monthly sales report, two status calls a month plus weekday chat.
  • You send 30 to 45 sample parcels across the quarter.

Creator sourcing platform

Included. Zero Fluff pays for the creator sourcing and outreach platform.

Markets: Poland, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy

3 months, higher volume

Launch Pad Pro

€2,800 / month

net, €8,400 per quarter. Optional TikTok LIVE pilot at €690.

Same as Launch Pad, but you have the stock and the catalogue to push harder from week one.

  • Everything in Launch Pad, with up to 12 SKUs.
  • Minimum 300 invites a month and minimum 25 recruited creators in the quarter.
  • Boosting and whitelisting handled, Spark Ads run inside your media budget.
  • Four creative briefs built on the hooks that convert in your niche.
  • Weekly status call. You send 70 to 100 sample parcels across the quarter.
  • Optional LIVE pilot: two hosted sessions, script, and a written read on whether LIVE is worth it.

Creator sourcing platform

Included. Zero Fluff pays for the creator sourcing and outreach platform.

Markets: Poland, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy

No retainer

Revenue share

10% of net shop GMV

Marginal bands drop to 8% and 6%. Optional £850 or €990 setup, once.

You already sell enough that a percentage is the fairer deal, or you want no fixed cost at all.

  • No monthly retainer. If the shop sells nothing, we invoice nothing.
  • Ten per cent of net shop GMV, not of creator-attributed GMV, so there is no attribution argument.
  • Marginal bands: 10% to the first tier, then 8%, then 6%. You never pay a cliff.
  • Optional setup at £850 or €990 covers shop configuration and eight compliant listings.
  • Compliance, listings, creator recruitment, briefs and reporting are in scope.

Creator sourcing platform

Billed to you. The creator sourcing and outreach platform is a pass-through cost in this model, at cost, on your invoice.

Markets: Poland, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy

The one rule people miss

Who pays for the creator platform depends on how you pay us.

Finding creators, filtering them, sending targeted invites and keeping the conversation in one place needs a paid sourcing and outreach platform. It is a real monthly cost and somebody has to carry it. The rule is simple and it never changes.

You pay us monthly

We pay for the platform.

Sprint, Launch Pad and Launch Pad Pro. The licence, the seats and the outreach volume sit inside our retainer. It is not an extra line, it is not passed through, and it does not change if we need more seats to hit the invite numbers we committed to. You are buying an outcome, so the tooling is our problem.

You pay us a percentage

You pay for the platform.

Revenue share. There is no retainer to absorb the licence, so it goes on your invoice at cost, with the provider's invoice attached. The account is in your name and the creator relationships stay yours if we ever part company. If the shop sells nothing you still owe us nothing, and the platform is the only fixed cost in the model.

Everything else is billed the same way in every option: products, samples, shipping, TikTok's own commission, creator commission and flat fees, and any paid media budget are yours. None of them sit inside our fee.

A recruited creator means a signed affiliate collaboration, a sample delivered, and at least one published video linking the product within 21 days of the parcel arriving. Invites sent, people who said they were interested, and creators who took the product and disappeared do not count.

After the quarter

The retainer is a ramp, not a subscription you get stuck on.

You pay a fixed fee only while there is nothing to take a percentage of. In month four the number decides, not the negotiation. This is attributed affiliate GMV in month three.

Below €10,000Extend, or part company with a written readWe are not going to keep billing a brand whose product does not work on this channel.

Note what happens to the platform cost when you switch. On the retainer we carry it. The month you move to a percentage, it moves onto your invoice at cost, because there is no longer a fixed fee absorbing it. We will put the exact figure in the month three report so nothing about the switch is a surprise.

Five markets

Nothing about these four options is Polish, British or Italian.

The packages were written in Poland first, which is the only reason they ever looked like a Polish offer. The work inside them is the same everywhere: listings, category gates, creator recruitment, scripts, samples, reporting. So all four now run in Poland, the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Italy at the same price. Here is the honest split between what travels and what does not.

Identical in all five

  • The price. Same euro figure in every market, invoiced in pounds in the UK at the rate on the day of the contract.
  • The commitments. 150 or 300 invites a month, 12 or 25 recruited creators a quarter, the same definition of recruited.
  • The platform rule. On a retainer we pay for the creator sourcing platform. On revenue share you pay it, at cost.
  • The exit. Month four routes on attributed affiliate GMV, not on where the shop is registered.

Genuinely market specific

  • Compliance work. France carries joint liability for creator claims, Germany is strictest on labelling, the UK runs SCPN where the EU runs CPNP.
  • Creator supply. Poland and the UK have the deepest rosters, Italy is the newest of the five and we will say so before you sign.
  • Category gates. Opening times vary by market and we cannot promise a date we do not control.
  • Language. Briefs, scripts and creator communication run in the local language in all five.

Before you pick anything

None of the four is right if any of this is true.

  • No stock, or a product still in development.
  • Contribution below 20% of average order value after channel costs. At 40% gross margin you lose money on every affiliate sale and we end up owning that problem in month two.
  • A product that cannot be demonstrated in fifteen seconds: B2B, electronics, services.
  • Missing compliance documentation. CPNP and CPSR for cosmetics, labels that meet 1924/2006 and 432/2012 for supplements.
  • Unwilling to pay creators at least 15% commission.
  • Unwilling to courier samples to creators.

If you want to know what is missing on the compliance side before you talk to us, the readiness check is free and takes two minutes. Supplements or cosmetics.

Next

Bring the catalogue and the margins. We will name the option on the call.

If your numbers say none of the four works, we will say that instead of selling you the cheapest one.
